The almanac publishes the results of original research and review articles on the most actual problems of historical sciences.

The papers submitted for publication in the journal are expected to express new, unpublished results of scientific research. The papers must not be sent for publication elsewhere. The publication must be approved by all coauthors.

Each article, registration form and a review of the supervisor (for graduate students and applicants) are sent to the responsible editor (Choref Mikhail Mikhajlovich, choref@yandex.ru).

Each article is reviewed. In case of a positive review, an article is published in the next bulletin issue relevant to the topic of this article, with one copy of the publication sent to the author. In case of a negative review, the author receives a reasoned refusal.

The publication in the journal is free of charge.

Authors retain copyright.
